🌟 star of the dish IMO was the sweet and caramel chili🌶️ paste at the back😋. If you’re a fan of pigeon, you’d enjoy the metallic taste of its rarer bits more than I did🤭.
💁🏻♀️Nevertheless, I can’t deny it was indeed done perfectly, plump and juicy with a flavorful skin👍🏻.
